Five year multiple Entry visa (for US Nationals of Indian Origin only for long term stay in India)	$ 150

Transfer of five year/ten year visa to new passport	$ 25

Applicants are requested to bring their application forms duly filled in, passport in original, certified checks or money orders payable to the Consulate General of India,and two photographs. Cash and personal checks would not be accepted

Only US passport holders are to apply.

A maximum of 150 visa applications would be processed on a first come first served basis. Only straight-forward cases in which references are not required to be made would be accepted.
